Paired with relaxing, aromatic rose petals, antioxidant rich anise hyssop to support heart health and spearmint's nervine properties to relax and uplift. We hope this blend will make you feel like it is "Midsummer" even in the middle of winter.
Steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in boiling water. Cover and infuse 15-20 minutes to extract maximum benefit.
