This special tea blend brings together nutritive red raspberry for toning and relieving pain, spasm or cramping; mullein to increase synovial fluids making movement more comfortable, red clover to gently thin fluids and support the lymphatic system, inflammation reducing nettles and spearmint to decrease joint pain and stiffness.

While this blend is great for pain, it is also excellent for sinus and lung congestion during allergy or cold and flu season. 

Steep 1 tablespoon of loose tea in boiling water. Cover and infuse 15-20 minutes to extract maximum benefit.

Ingredients: Raspberry leaf, mullein, red clover, nettles, spearmint
