There is something about this bracelet that feels like standing beside the water when everything has finally gone still.

The light catches. The colours shift. Everything feels calm, but there is so much detail hiding underneath.

She begins with a stunning 10mm iridescent Swarovski pearl and 12mm faceted glass, then brings in K2 Jasper, crackled Clear Quartz and beautifully cut star shaped Clear Quartz. The combination creates this gorgeous mix of icy blue, soft green, smoky grey and crystal clear sparkle.

And then, because apparently I have no interest in doing anything simply 😉, I layered in tiny Swarovski elements, larger Swarovski rondelles, textured metal accents and electroplated Hematite throughout.

There is so much happening in this bracelet when you really look at her.

Every bead plays nicely with the one beside it. The colour, size, shape, texture and angle all matter, especially when working with natural stone and faceted pieces. That is what makes these from the board compositions such labours of love. They are built slowly, bead by bead, until the whole thing somehow feels effortless.
